A machine of your own on a server. Link your Kairos Global account and it builds an ontology of everything you have given it — your files, plus any outside services you connect — then runs an agent that can actually work across all of it.
The idea is simple enough to say in one line: everyone should have a computer with the power to do whatever they want with the data and files they feed it.
How it works
Spin one up
You get a machine of your own on a server — not an account on a shared system. It is yours, it holds its own storage, and what you make on it stays on it.
Link your Global account
You choose what goes in: this project, this world, these notes. Each one is a deliberate grant with a name on it, recorded on your side, and you can take it back. What you do not hand over, the Space cannot see.
Connect the outside
Add the services and tools you already use. They join the same map as your own material, so one thing can reach across both.
Put an agent on it
An agent runs on your Space with your ontology in front of it. It can use every tool the Space has, on the data you fed it, and it keeps working when you close your laptop.
What the agent can reach
Exactly what you handed it, and nothing else. The record of what you granted lives inside your own Global instance, not on our servers — delete the Space and it remains; delete the grants and the Space has nothing. An agent that can use tools is only reasonable if the limits are real, so that boundary is the first thing built and the last thing that moves.
Kairos Global does not depend on any of this. It runs on your own machine, offline, whether or not you ever spin up a Space.
Where it runs
Today a Space would run on Kairos hardware in a data centre. That is not the end of it — the intention is to sell a small server you keep at home that runs your Space on your own desk. Nothing in the design assumes our building, which is what makes the second option possible rather than a rewrite.
Kairos Global is free. A Space is a real machine running a real agent, so it is the part that costs — honest pricing for something with a bill attached, rather than a feature withheld.
Not available yet
Spaces are being built and cannot be spun up today. Kairos Global is finished enough to use — start there, and your material will be ready when Spaces open.
