The launcher lists everything included. Install the ones you want; the rest stay out of your way.

Everything writes to that one folder

Plain JSON and markdown you can open, read, back up, and move. Nothing is uploaded.

The fast way in. Write a note with no signal; it syncs and files itself when you are back online.

Your private personal database. Worlds are the categories of your own life you track — you define them and change them whenever.

Projects at the top, and a launchpad of twelve apps inside them — product lists, processes, timelines, table, write, guides, todos, identity, calendar, rituals, roams, present.

Blueprint

A complete creative suite — boards, graphic design, 3D, animation, video.

Devices

Every machine your account is used on, the hardware it drives, and a marketplace of devices to build — starting with the Daemon Pi.

Nothing else. No Node, no terminal, no accounts.

First launch: macOS will warn you

Kairos is not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID, so macOS will say it is from an unidentified developer. Right-click the app and choose Open, then confirm once. That is the standard path for unsigned software, and it stops asking after the first time.

A machine of your own on a server. Link your Kairos Global account and it builds an ontology of everything you have given it — your files, plus any outside services you connect — then runs an agent that can actually work across all of it.
